I am an Out-of-Network provider. This allows me to provide highly personalized, private care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies.
How to use your PPO benefits: If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be eligible for significant reimbursement (often 50-80%) for our sessions.
Automated Superbills: I use SimplePractice, a secure client portal that automatically generates a "Superbill" (a specialized medical receipt) for you at the end of each month.
Easy Submission: You simply download the PDF from your client portal and upload it to your insurance company’s website or app.
Direct Reimbursement: Your insurance company will process the claim and mail a reimbursement check directly to you.
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider:
Do I have 'Out-of-Network' mental health benefits for outpatient telehealth?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
What is my reimbursement rate for service code 90837 (53-60 minute individual therapy)?
How do I submit a 'Superbill' for reimbursement?
**Superbills are for PPO plans only and that Medicaid/HMO plans typically do not provide out-of-network reimbursement.**
